Please feel free to contact Bodas en Casa for your initial consultation. We are always happy to communicate via email or text, and would prefer our initial conversation to be over the phone or at one of our South Bay office locations. This is a great way to meet and become acquainted with each other. There is no cost or obligation with this initial consultation, and it is a great way to see if both our personalities are a good fit for your memorable day.
This scheduled time provides us an opportunity to review some important things that will need consideration when planning your ceremony. There are different ceremony styles, personal touches, venue options and fees – and we can address any questions, thoughts, or concerns you may have about your special day. If you choose to retain our services, your date/reservation becomes secure once a non-refundable retainer of $ is submitted along with the signed services agreement.
Many of our clients prefer our same-day wedding ceremony service as it allows for a more affordable option and more time spent with your new life partner, family, and friends! Avoid the lines and time spent at the Los Angeles County Clerk’s Office by letting us handle all the paperwork for you.
We are authorized by LA County to issue your marriage certificate, you will receive a copy of on the day of your ceremony! We require valid photo identification, or a passport, a divorce decree, annulment information (if over two years), and a death certificate if needed.
You will never be put under any pressure to make a decision. We understand that couples are often times interviewing several officiants to make sure their day goes perfectly. However, please consider that a ceremony requested on shorter notice will require a timely decision and that a requested date is not secure until a retainer is placed.
As for venue, you are welcome to have your ceremony at one of our office locations or at a venue of your choice. We will discuss the wedding ceremony location during our initial meeting. We are mobile wedding officiants, and can accommodate most situations as long as we are given reasonable notice in advance.
